Partner Yoga is a 90-minutes fun class that involves working in pairs. Together with your lover, friend, or family member, you can check each other's movements, synchronize your breathing, communicate with your partner, and share a variety of poses to deepen your relationship of trust. It's suitable for all levels and abilities. Single participants will be paired with another student or an instructor. 

Please arrive 10 minutes before class time

Studio doors are locked when class starts.

パートナーヨガは、二人一組で行う楽しい90分クラスです。恋人、友達、家族と一緒に、お互いの動きを確認し、呼吸を合わせ、相手とコミュニケーションをとりながら、様々なポーズを共有することで信頼関係もぐんと深まります。初心者の方でも楽しめるクラスです。一名様でご参加の場合は他の生徒さん、またはインストラクターと組んでいただきます。３・５回券はご利用できません。

クラスが始まる時間の10分前に来てください。

クラスが始まる時間にはスタジオのドアはロックされます。
