このクラスは、レベルや能力に関係なく参加できます。

妊娠中の方、ペースメーカーをお持ちの方は事前にお知らせください。

音に誘発されるてんかんをお持ちの方はご参加いただけません。

クラス開始時間の10分前にお越しください。

クラスが始まると、スタジオのドアはロックされます。

This class focuses on sound healing. The sound will help you relax from the brain. This is a special class for the end of month.

This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.

Please let Jooles know if you are pregnant or have a pace maker.

This session is not suitable if you suffer from sound induced epilepsy.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class time.

Studio doors are locked when class starts.
